At Amber Treasures Orlando, every order is packed and shipped with the same care we’d give to our own family’s keepsakes. Our small family team personally inspects, cleans, and packages each piece before it leaves our hands — so it arrives safely in yours.

Processing Time

We typically prepare and ship your order within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email as soon as your package is on its way.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer discounted USPS shipping for U.S. orders and discounted UPS shipping for orders to Mexico and Canada through Shopify to keep your costs low. Shipping options are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): 3–5 business days
Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
Express: 1–2 business days

Signature Requirement

For your security, orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery.
This ensures your jewelry is received safely and personally, rather than left unattended.

How We Package

Each jewelry piece is placed in a protective jewelry box, then wrapped securely in a padded mailer to prevent damage in transit. Our goal is for your piece to arrive as beautifully as when it left our workshop.

Tracking & Insurance

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
All orders are insured during shipping. If something happens in transit, please contact us at Info@ambertreasuresorlando.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please double-check your delivery address, ask your neighbors, or check with your local post office.
If it’s still missing, reach out to us — we’re happy to help track it down.
